President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Leo is a social entrepreneur with exceptionally diverse experience launching and managing non-profits, leading multi-disciplinary teams and building solid relationships with civic and corporate leaders. His 15-year career has spanned executive management, business development, consulting, support and engineering positions with Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Coremetrics, Trilogy and Apple. He founded his first non-profit, EDCO Ventures, in 2005 to address job creation in economically underprivileged regions through high-growth, entrepreneurial ventures. He also co-founded Copán, LLC, which provides NextDooring services from Latin America and is Executive Producer for NOC Films’ “Zero:Hour.” He serves on the Proyecto Mosaico Committee for the National Museum of the American Latino and the Texas Clean Energy Park Business Council. He was a Deacon at First Presbyterian Church of Austin and volunteers for PeopleFund, Camp Biz$tart, RISE High, Manos de Cristo and The Entrepreneur’s Foundation of Central Texas. He attended Stanford University’s Computer Systems Engineering Program from 1992–1996.
Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder
Emiliano is steadfast in his belief that charitable giving should be accessible to all and fairly distributed among worthy charities. He has 14 years of engineering experience and holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He has worked for IBM and Motorola focusing on software/hardware design and helped develop microprocessors for the Apple G5, Sony’s Playstation 3 and the Road Runner super computer. He loves volunteering, tutoring in math/science and donating to worthy causes such as Heart House.
Chief Engineer
Gonzalo’s passion is to create software that interacts well with people. He worked extensively on RealPlayer while at RealNetworks Inc. He has also developed great software at Symantec, Pluck, CoVi and GE. Gonzalo has a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Beemer is an 18-year veteran with expertise in Software Consulting, Development & Management. Experienced in providing consulting & development services for full SDLC in Enterprise ITG/CRM/ERP Software (agile or traditional waterfall); custom-tailored web design & development; successful/sustainable offshore/one-shore practices; “High-touch” People Development & Management geared towards retention, team/morale building, and skill development.
Web Designer
Amy is a freelance Web designer and marketing communications professional. She has a passion for Web accessibility and standards compliant Web design. She enjoys synthesizing her technical, design, and language skills to come up with creative online marketing solutions for her clients. Amy has a BA in English from the University of South Carolina and an MA in English from UT-Austin.
